Iran Meter Manufacturing Company was managed by the privatesector in 2008 during the esteemed government program in order to implementArticle 44 of the Constitution, and 70% of its shares were transferred to MoinRenan Investment and Trade Company. Currently, 22% of the company's shares inthe capital market are owned by minority shareholders and 8% of it is owned byAitron International


Iran Meter Manufacturing Company, after privatization in thefirst step by increasing productivity, increased its production to double theprevious figure within 2 months. In the next step, with the operation of newproduction lines, the production capacity of this company increased 10 times.With the launch of the next production lines, the production capacity of thiscompany in three shifts has reached 20 million units
